- **Accessibility and language polish:** Continue keyboard, screen-reader, small-screen and phrase/localization improvements.

- **Recruitment insights:** See application volumes, time spent in each stage and openings that are taking longer to fill.
- **Broader roster management:** Explore adding existing members individually, recording departures and transferring guild ownership with appropriate permission checks.
